Delivery and Packaging
One of our shop staff will pick and check each item before carefully packing it. Our packaging is completely discrete, so if you are buying a surprise gift, you can be sure it will remain a surprise.
Next Day Delivery
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery (by 1pm) which means you will need to sign for your order. If you are not available when it is being delivered Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any delivery delays or problems out of our control caused by the carrier, however we will do everything we can to help resolve any delivery issues.
Orders are processed the day after they are received on days when the shop is open and posted Next Day for £8.95.
Working days are Tuesday to Saturday (excluding Tuesdays after bank holidays.)
There are no deliveries or collections during bank holidays.
Click and Collect
We do not offer Click and Collect through the website, but if you see an item you would like to purchase, please do telephone the shop on 01527 873021 and one of our staff will be happy to help you.
Exceptions to delivery times
In the event of a delay/loss in the post, due to Royal Mail constraints/policy, Royal Mail can only deal with postal delays/losses from 14 working days after the delays/losses occurred. To make a claim, a lost in Post Claim Form must be completed and made to Royal Mail within 28 working days of the dispatch.
Ring Sizes – please be aware that we do not stock all sizes for all rings. Please call to check stock availability before ordering.
We do carry out checks to guard against fraudulent transactions. If an order does not pass our rigorous checks then we will contact the cardholder to confirm that the order is valid. This may cause a slight delay to your order.
In exceptional weather conditions our staff and our couriers may be unable to meet the advertised delivery times.
